BDS isn’t really wrong though. Lucasfilm/Disney was more than happy with TLJ. Instead of continuing on from the ending of the second movie of the trilogy, Skywalker immediately goes about retconning majority of TLJ, because those in charge panicked. Rian Johnson is too talented and too ambitious of a filmmaker to just shove into a middle of a trilogy, he should have gotten a SW movie sure, but it should've been his own where he didn't have to kinda pander to a story that had already started. I do think all that was ultimately a problem for this trilogy, JJ and Johnson are not really compatible storytellers.

I've already given them both talks about religion, in both understanding and respecting other people's beliefs. The 9 year old more in depth since she can handle abstract concepts a lot better than the 6 year old.I'm not even against if she gets older and wants to explore other beliefs, that's her choice to make. I just want to make sure she's old enough to understand anything she's signing up for if she does.
