It would be hard for Rogan to be as terrible as Alex but he had him twice on his show last year (IIRC) and returned the favour by being a guest on InfoWars and it's not unfair to say he laundered Alex Jones a bit. He did push back a little more in the last podcast he did with him, but it was really mild. The Sandy Hook cases are emblematic, Jones got away for years with the weakest excuses and euphemisms with Rogan (or Coast to Coast, IIRC) when even Megyn Kelly did her due diligence on the shit Alex repeatedly said.

It's really hard to understate how ugly InfoWars has been over the last decade (at least).

part of what they discussed included how brie laughably appropriated the black struggle by randomly telling a black interviewer how hard it was for people of color out there, to quote mike, turn that microphone around and let her tell it

also they spend plenty of time talking about positive applications of feminism, little movies with female leads that are strong and powerful and don't need to crow about it
