There are a lot of similarities between the games industry issues I cover in the book (volatility, mismanagement, devaluing of employees) and the issues that journalists face. The biggest difference? Finally there's one that creates a 'file' on you so they can carefully vet you and sue the fuck out of you on a moments notice when they find out you downloaded a ROM or played a Japanese game not yet released in your region.
The PR division is staffed by YorHa androids who will only respond to your messages like: "Please go to our website for the latest product information." and "We don't have anything to announce at this time."
If you try again they send the exact same message with slightly different wording until all communication ceases and they block your email.
