A: This has been the case in every Sakura Wars game and I admit that it always was...awkward.
Fortunately in this game I think they handled the kid character really well and the relationship between them is not romantic
and there is almost no indication or hint in the game that something like that could happen.
I would even suggest to people who don't want to have a romantic relationship at the end of the game to just choose Azami(the kid character).

You can certainly twist, with more or less effort, every of those things to be detrimental to company [X] and therefore detrimental to its employees short term. It's not exactly uncommon on ERA to see people use dev's bonuses as a prop to whine about bad reviews. And you know... The whole COVID19 thing and all the arguments about jerbs and the economy.

I think the "morality angle" is really thin ice to walk on when you're a journalist like Schreier. If you started using that sort of logic you wouldn't report on anything.
Obviously that leak is probably in breach of contract and law so it's not "acceptable" in that way and Sony is entitled to legal recourse.

It is footage from a build only a developer or someone working on the game would have access to.
Whoever did this deliberately leaked the most 'damaging' scenes. It doesn't look like the sort of footage you would find on a poorly secured portfolio website or something.
