All the delegate voters would have to essentially revolt against the job they were assigned to do by the primary, which they won't because that backlash would be likely bigger than this (depressingly). There's not actually a lot the DNC can do, this is on Biden and Biden alone really to do.
I'd love him to drop out. I've just come to terms with the idea he won't, and that I'll be stuck supporting this guy and trying to encourage others to do the same.
