We have two threads already discussing this and you misspelled the thread title. We don’t need this thread.
New news new thread. So like stop thread complaining bro
New news; don’t be jerk and please take the time to spell properly if you’re going to make a thread.
or maybe you can like not make useless Post in this thread complaining about why this is a thread food for thought
Are we really in here whining about spelling in a thread about a reality show being cancelled due to a suicide
My point was that this was already being discussed in other threads. And yeah, due to what happened it would be nice if OP bothered to have spelt it correctly and also add a bit of explanation for anyone who may not be aware of what is going on but maybe I’m just being overly critical.

While understandable, is also kind of sad given that people say it was one of the less exploitative reality shows (at least when it started).
Never watched it, but I feel bad for the situation and Hana suicide.
Kind of shitty that, likes always, the reaction ends being “let’s regulate social media” than genuine self reflection. Then again, the people that usually use free speech as a excuse to be assholes seem to be down with stuff like Trump threatening Twitter.
It's pretty obvious they never watched a single episode. I actually started watching it a couple of years ago, it's certainly very interesting for the very chill "slice of life in a foreign country" angle. There is no pressure for anything, no awards or prize to win. Just a bunch of roommates and some occasional dating between some of them. It's also very interesting to see how relationships are handled over there.
It's also neat to see how the various roommates are incredibly fucking driven to success in their lives. A lot of them have several jobs, are studying, quite a few of them are running small businesses. There's a guy with his snowboard clothing store, a girl who has her own fashion line with a store, there's a girl who leaves the show to launch her lingerie shop in Korea, there's an architect who design furniture and expensive store displays. There's a girl who is a high level hockey player training for the olympics while working as a personal coach and working at a restaurant.
Last episode I Watched had a dude working on his pilot licence and business degree to take over his father's company.
The big majority of them are super hard workers, and it's uplifting as fuck to watch successful young people work hard and achieve things.
There are a few fuckups from times to times, like that Yuudai dude who is a complete fraud, live on his dad's credit card and speaks to his two plushies Pandas as if they were his girlfriend. But they usually just leave because they can't connect with the others.
The commentary panel is hilarious most of the time, they don't really make fun of the roommates except for Yuudai, they just gave up on trying to salvage that loser. The panel is a bunch of men and women (from singing/media backgrounds) from various age groups, and they just react to whatever is happening from a very constructive point to view, like parents, or siblings would do.
in the same last episode I watched, The hosts actually apologized about getting carried away with boobs jokes about Mayu, a boudoir model who was flirting with the pilot guy in the last episode. The jokes were mostly about her boobs being 'deadly flirting weapons' as she was flirting pretty aggressively Noah, the pilot guy.
So much for 'BeiINg a ToXic CeSsPooL of HatE aNd buLlyiNg". Those resetera posters are just parroting hot takes they found on twitter.
I'm not surprised to see them celebrate the cancellation of a netflix show about hard workers and young people being successful. It may hurt the feelings of quite a few of them. Also.. We can't ignore how ResetERA has a massive documented problem with Asians.
Still, that girl's death is super sad, but ResetEra posters acting as if the show was an endless shitshow with the hosts encouraging people to harass the roommates is embarrassing.
I mean, maybe they feel guilty about what happened to that one youtuber after their numerous threads they did about him.
