Out of a scale between 1 and 10 with 10 being the most approachable how easy is it to talk to any representatives from Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft.

One will likely respond to your email in a corpo way and if you don't scare them too much they add you to their newsletter because that is what the customer service manual says.
One will respond to your Tweets even when you don't ask them to and starts stalking you with beta and event invites for related and unrelated products from their partners.
At first this is nice but in time you are overwhelmed and anxious to respond to more of their messages and you think you might need to block their email if only you knew which brand of the cult would spam you next to join a 'journey' on a roadmap to nothing
Finally there's one that creates a 'file' on you so they can carefully vet you and sue the fuck out of you on a moments notice when they find out you downloaded a ROM or played a Japanese game not yet released in your region.
The PR division is staffed by YorHa androids who will only respond to your messages like: "Please go to our website for the latest product information." and "We don't have anything to announce at this time."
If you try again they send the exact same message with slightly different wording until all communication ceases and they block your email.
