I live in Los Angeles. There are tons of authentic Chinese restaurants within 30 minutes of my home. I almost always opt for Panda or PF Changs. I don’t enjoy the authentic stuff. Maybe it’s what I order, a lot dishes I have tried have a foul taste, almost like the raw ingredients were not cleaned/prepped properly. This includes some upscale places too. :/
