Xenoblade 2 is the best game in the series. So yes, absolutely.

Designs might be worse, but the main party in XC2 is actually much better than XC1's, way better character development and chemistry between the characters. XC1's main characters are dull in comparison, imo.

Vilains are a lot better aswell and have much more depth to them than XC1's.

And to be honest, there are a lot of really good character designs in the game, haters just love to post the same 3-4 designs to shit on the game, and most of them are blades that aren't even part of the main story and that you might never actually see in the game. Or the same couple awkward scenes (like the blushy crushy thing posted above, that is optional aswell.)

It's always the same optional things that get posted to shit on the game, ALWAYS. As if the whole game was just those few optional scenes and optional blade designs, lmfao. This game has like 200+ hours of content, it's not a couple awkward scenes and questionable designs that's gonna stop me from absolutely loving the shit out of it.

Don't let the character designs stop you. Xenoblade 2 uses the same formula as Xenoblade 1, but does pretty much everything better, imo.

Better gameplay, better level design, better cutscenes, better music, better sidequests, (that one's not hard, I love XC1 but its sidequests are probably some of the worst sidequests i've ever experienced in any jrpgs, ever.), better character development, etc.

Torna is also the GOAT of jrpg expansions.

Give it a shot. It won't hurt.

Banner of the Maid has great FFT inspired pixel art. The attack animations are very smooth and effects like cloud shadows moving across the battlefield are very impressive. Screenshots don’t really do it justice.

Why do we keep them for years. Turning a temporary pain into a years long or lifetime pain. maybe I’m wrong but it seems these happen early but we keep them going. I assume once we are so connected with someone if the truth gets out we feel secure knowing they will stay around. It’s mostly worse though. I actually have little experience in this. But I have many friends that keep lies going for so long. I tell myself I won’t do that. If I really wanted to stay with someone, any lie that continues that I don’t know if I could resist.
