I hate the arguments about cops being paid highly - they should be. Policing needs to change and sure instinctively I hate the idea that these people get paid a lot of money to crack skulls, cover their badges, and throw white power signs, but its not really the being paid a lot that is the problem there.

Unless Trump escalates again (which of course is entirely possible and probably even likely), most of the protests will have fizzled out in most cities within the week to two weeks before the rona cases start showing in the data, imo.
