Eh the fuck joe biden people make it their entire identity though, they buy the big flags, the stickers to put up everywhere, the coffee mugs, the key chains, the hats, and the list goes on and on. How much fuck trump stuff did you actually see outside of Twitter?
Back in 2016 I was in DC for a meeting. Around when The Emails were nonstop covered on CNN. I was walking around and saw this large group all with MAGA hats. Thought “huh, these people are real?” and of course they are but I must live in a liberal minded bubble. Haven’t seen the hats since, or the stickers, or anything of the sort. Once saw a Gary Johnson bumpersticker, though. That was a treat.
I think this all has to do with where you live
though to an extent there may be something to the idea that the right is "old school," physical products, pins and shirts...and also that right wing politicians happily grift and sell to their audience
left wing more readily adopts technology and the internet, makes tons of comics and art to be shared, and its politicians understand that IRL products are cringe
the left also understands that since the right are the ones with guns and prone to violence, outwardly signaling your allegiance is more risky to your person and property; conversely a good pacifist democrat will not vandalize a home for having a trump flag
