Yesterday I twisted my right knee while playing soccer. I was in pain for a minute or so and I continued playing. Today I’m having difficulty walking and it hurt when I straighten my leg.Why I’m freaking out?In 2010 I blew my left knee ACL and meniscus playing soccer. Now, that pain was 10 times worse and I couldn’t even walk the day after. I had to get surgery and was out for more than a year.I guess I have some kind is PTSD from that day but just hope it’s nothing serious.
