I love Play-Asia since they tend to be the best place to get physical releases of a lot of SE download-only games. I've been buying imports from them for a while and never had a problem with them, their shipping is usually pretty fast and well packaged.

I will give slight credit for the actual perspective here of realizing that not everyone is going to be so online that everything Rowling does is immediately seared into their brain:

I am not really outraged at him in particular, but it's pretty sobering to think that he doesn't know what's going on with JK Rowling. I am sure that isn't uncommon. The reality is everyone has their own lives, their own problems, their own important issues, and it's hard and exhausting to be informed about everything. A LOT of people don't know what's going on with trans rights and how bad the situation is. Even worse for us, most people don't actually have a close friend or family member who is trans. We are, for many people, a theoretical that is debated online.
