Cars 2 being so bad taught me that being optimistic and hoping for the best won’t actually make me happy if I am not. Sometimes things are just bad and you can’t control that, you can only disengage. My girlfriend at the time was really cruel and would hit me. I gained the clarity I needed to understand that positive thinking was not a cure-all for a negative situation. I couldn’t fake it anymore. It was time to walk away — from Cars 2 and from my abusive relationship.

I don't think people understand just how frustrating this truly is. My experience last night ... my friend wasn't available until 9:30pm so I logged in and played a little bit starting around 8pm.

- Played LSS and ended up winning three matches and clearing out the event. But like why the FUCK did I have to keep playing this mode? I don't get it. I don't fucking get it. What in the absolute fuck is 343 thinking?

- Friend logged on and we did Quick Play. I had two simultaneous challenges for Quick Play (5000 score and 7500 score) and as they unlocked every match, I'm just screaming into my headset at my friend. "I JUST WANT TO FUCKING PLAY FIESTA!" He eventually conceded and was pleased as he had one challenge in Fiesta. I distinctly remember grapple hooking into the air and getting a rocket launcher double kill thinking "fuck this shit".

- Played some KOTH, which at that point was fucking pointless because I had no challenges relating to it. One the games was tied 2-2 and we took the hill back when they were a sliver away from winning. We held it down and barely won by the smallest of margins. It was extremely intense and super fun ... but fuck that shit. 50xp at the end of the match due to how many matches I've played. Fuck off. Why even bother playing? But my friend wanted to play more, so we did one last match and it was very similar to the last one. Super tense, tons of action, ton of trading kills between both teams, and my buddy and I were yell-laughing at the end due to the chaos and coming out as winners. Was absolutely awesome. But 50xp again! GAH FUCK!

So here I am with the LSS tiers completed, I'm level 11% done with the Battle Pass, and I've only got until six months to complete the rest. These oppressive challenges are going to be the end of me. I think I'm finally going to break down and just buy like 100 challenge skips in the shop so I don't have to be frustrated anymore.

Batman is a near 3 hour, damn near R rated moody as hell movie and first in a new trilogy. That audiences and critics loved more than they appear to be liking Strange.

Strange is the latest MCU movie. That’s why it made opening weekend money like it did. Word of mouth might crater it though.

This just again proves how badly they wanted to dunk on the new Batman movie but reviews and the big opening weekend plus strong legs killed that chance. Box office threads those first few weeks it was out were completely absent of the usual Marvel stans over there.

Exactly what the thread title says.

For some reason, when I get to pick a random movie that has some nudity and sex jokes, I get unlucky and pick one that has transphobic jokes. They are always the "greatest hits", the same shit over again that I will not bother specifying here. And it has a much higher chance of happening if the movie has a gentleman's club or motel scene that involves multiple sex workers.

Doesn't matter what year the movie was made, this shit tends to happen in any comedy movie with sex jokes.

I can't stand it and turns me away from getting into adult comedy movies at all. I just wish someone made a browser addon that marks them as lgbt-phobic so I can spend my time elsewhere.

For some reason, when I get to pick a random movie that has some nudity and sex jokes, I get unlucky and pick one that has transphobic jokes. They are always the "greatest hits", the same shit over again that I will not bother specifying here. And it has a much higher chance of happening if the movie has a gentleman's club or motel scene that involves multiple sex workers.

Doesn't matter what year the movie was made, this shit tends to happen in any comedy movie with sex jokes.

I can't stand it and turns me away from getting into adult comedy movies at all. I just wish someone made a browser addon that marks them as lgbt-phobic so I can spend my time elsewhere.

All I can think of Mrs. Doubtfire (1993) but I have a feeling it didn't suit to your liking, imo.

Although it does have some dirty jokes, but not the sex one.

Gaming side feels like its dying really fast. If it isn't a thread shitting on Nintendo, Microsoft/Xbox, or targeting specific games or developers for hate trains, not much conversing is happening.

The negativity and toxicity is worse than 4chan. Endless threads and posts of people wallowing and crying about videogames.
