In a sane society, if for some reason a teenager felt obligated to skip school due to being forced to use the wrong bathroom (lets say for a different example - they were being bullied/harassed) you'd have the school administration working to find a way to accommodate the student so that they can return to class. You would call the parents, send guidance counselor or even just let the student use a staff bathroom in the short term. You would not seek to punish them, you would try to help them. In the end, that is the responsibility of public schools - to ensure a fair education for all kids in their district.

Tragically much of the country is not 'sane society' thanks to Conservatives.

My mental health improved SIGNIFICANTLY once Trump was banned from Twitter. I do not look forward to the possibility of that being reversed. I don't want to go back to that feeling.

All your claims otherwise, what's the functional difference between what you're doing here, and white chuds deriding Black Panther for "appealing to black people"? - "I'm not Egyptian but I have Egyptian frie-" sorry, not even that; "I have LGBT and non-white friends".
- Trying to derail the conversation from Moon Knight's Egyptian creators to the politics of Disney executive overlords that are like at least three degrees removed from the former and anyhing discussed here.
- Enumerating all the ways you're (allegedly) advancing the progressive cause IRL, as if that somehow counterbalances and excuses posting all that dismissive stuff here.

I mean, I also found it cringy and forced. Yet at the same time I’m happy for those that felt represented by it and liked it.

And yes, I felt the same way about the “girl power” moment in Endgame. It was a bunch of side characters that have had zero focus plus the one girl that had their own film (Captain Marvel). It was forced. Have your girl power moment by actually focusing on female heroes and giving them movies.

In an ideal world, by realizing this moment wasn't aimed at you and you don't need to give your opinion on what people of other ethnicities create and enjoy, let alone ridicule and grossly misrepresent the intention of a single moment of acknowledging each other (rather ironic considering your own complaints that everyone in this thread is misrepresenting your intentions).

In an even more ideal world, by realizing you were literally speaking over said non-white fans and creators, which is pretty gross, and then doubling down and using every disingenuous tactic on the book just so you don't have to reflect or god forbid walk back anything, which is even more gross.

But clearly the only option is to keep doubling down and playing the prosecuted victim when everyone else rightfully calls out your shit. None of this is getting through to you (or rather, you aren't one bit interested), so what's the point. Carry on.
