Same here. Bans rarely sit well with me. Banning Symbios was justified and needed, but GG? I just started ignoring him which sucked because I think he's cool. For whatever reason he just went crazy here after the GAF ban. I'm quite reserved on GAF, and do crazy shit here but nothing too out of order, unless I'm making shit up of course

It's either that or they just really don't like some of the people who just happen to be EB posters.  The reasons have been getting worse and worse recently, which makes the bannings feel much more personal than being based on violating any of the actual Terms of Service.

The time I got banned was retroactively because I was trying to explain to some Wii distinguished mentally-challenged fellow that ZoE3 isn't suited for the Wii at all (it was fairly obvious that he never played ZoE2...probably because it wasn't on a Nintendo console).  The thread was about some Konami announcement and this was all speculation, so once the thing was announced some mod decided that anyone talking about ZoE would get banned, including people who talked about it back when it was kosher.  I didn't mind about the time off because I started posting here, but what got me was that the distinguished mentally-challenged fellow who started the entire shit wasn't banned even though that was the origin of all the mess.  It reminds me back on the IGN forums when I was banned for quoting someone who said 'shit', but the original person wasn't banned.
