SuperHadn't heard too much good about it (people would just say it was dark and messed up version of Kick Ass [errr, Kick Ass was pretty dark already!]), maybe I'm just kind of fucked up but I thought the first hour of the movie was pretty darn funny in a dark humor way. Ellen Page was AWESOME. The scene where:

She runs the car into the bad guy and destroys his legs and gets out and starts taunting and laughing at him like "OH MAN, YOU JUST GOT FUCKED UP. HOW YOU LIKE THEM APPLES BITCH!" I was rolling on the floor. Her craziness + cussing was the highlight of the comedy and the main guy was a good straight man. The hilarity of some of his stuff like when he smashes the guy who cut in the line at the movies was

The last 30 mins were entertaining and fit with the narrative flow and tone of the film. In the end it wasn't a
great film, but it was a good one. What actually propped it up from just an alright film to a good film worth seeing and recommending was
the punk soundtrack. It was so good! Lots of great great punk tracks and it fit the scenes so well. I love punk music so that boosted the film up and made it a very entertaining 90 mins. Kevin Bacon is great too like he is in X-men FC; I like this old crazy bastard Kevin Bacon. The direction was pretty tight for the film too, and the opening credit animation was nicely done. Would recommend.
A Dangerous Method100% character acting film. Fassbender & Mortison chew the scenes as Jung and Freud. Keira Knightley is surprisingly good, considering I'd only seen her once or twice before in tween stuff. I think she overacts the role a bit, but she does a good job. Jung's wife is so weirdly acted in the film too, can't tell if she's good or bad. Movie-wise...Eastern Promises this is not. The plot is
very thin and time skips between every scene. It's the story of the people and their interactions and changes, but at the end of the day it feels a little short-changed and there isn't much there. But the cinematography is gorgeous and Howard Shore's music is great as always. So you get to sit back, watch some good acting and look at a pretty picture. Could do a lot worse for 90 mins. So I'd still recommend it. I think this would have worked better as a stage play tbh since it's mainly about two people standing in a room giving good performances.
