Holy shit, I mean they had it in 10 but it was kind of underwhelming.  I wish the frisbee golf would get specifically designed courses and theyd bring all that online too.  Since EA uses their own servers it would be nice if they integrated wii speak too.

edit:  Saw the ign vids.  Looks great although I can't see myself using the super realistic settings.  10 was already incredibly difficult as is .  Damn, I didn't want to upgrade but it looks good.

Is it me or id L4D2 much more fun than the original?  I think the inclusion of melee weapons is the biggest positive change.  Mowing down hordes of zombies with a chainsaw is really satisfying. 

Also, Coach is the best character in any L4D game.

I would let Coach fuck me in the ass, yes. I think L4D2 is better as well. The inclusion of a thinly-veiled story to piece it all together really helps.

yeah, I like the themes of the L4D levels more than the swamps and stuff.  Even the mall wasn't as cool as I thought it would be.  I also hate the final parts where you collect gas cans.  Other than that L4D2 is way better.

well I bought it just to see if it's more fun with mods and cheats and better graphics/framerate.  I only got to the 2nd city in the PS3 one.  Got to some mission where I had to chase a train from the streets with a car and got annoyed and ditched the game.

So apparently Peace Walker is leaked and features copy protection.  Will be very interesting to see if the hackers can patch it like Classic Dungeon or not like Kingdom Hearts.
If there's no patch when the US version comes out, it'll make everyone with a psp choose between not playing MGS5 or ditching CFW.  Wouldn't help the psp hacking scene much.  Though people could always go to official firmware, play Peace Walker, then pandora it and reset back to CFW if they have a PSP-1000 or PSP-2000.

4cd ost too.  Xenogears/Xenosaga/Soma Bringer were all 2 cd osts.  Kingdom Hearts and almost all Shimomura games are 2 cd osts.  That is A LOT OF TRACKS

It looks pretty good, except you might want to avoid Vista's 64-bit version. You're going to run into a lot more compatibility issues, just get the 32-bit version instead.

You should go 64 if you want to add in more ram eventually.  I myself will upgrade to 8 when I get the money.

It's a good franchise so if you're into those type of strategy games you'd probably like it.  I think Jiji plays the series though I don't think he posts here anymore.  I've never tried the series personally.

It's more that if you stick with 32 bit, you'll limit yourself to 4 gigs.  It's true that a lot of games don't even use 4 gigs, but things like basic computer speed and some of the higher spec games are a reason to upgrade eventually.

LOL.  It's already been patched once.  Chinese hackers got it working fully on Gen-D2.  There are mixed reports on it working on Gen -D3.  Some say it works fine, others report it locks up at certain points.  I haven't checked the status today but I am sure it will be fully playable in the next day or so.  People want to play MGS...nobody cares about hacking Japanese RPGs that are going to come out in English.

Pre-post EDIT: They already have a work-around for Gen-D3-- The game locks up during the first mission, so you simply download a save file that starts from mission 2 and you are good to go.   

The new Ikkitousen is also using 6.20 OFW.  I got it and can't play it.  Those who have say it's been improved a shit-ton (lots more attacks and combos), but nobody talked about the AI.  Need to know if it's got some difficulty this time around.

They just released a new PRX Decrypter with the info from the Chinese MGS Peace Walker hack.  That means Kingdom Hearts and God Eater might be finally patched to work on CFW PSPs. 

I am still thinking about buying a PSP 3000 to replace my 1000 for UMD games in case some stuff doesn't work, but every time I'm about to they get the new games working.

EDIT: ....aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand there's a patched Ikkitousen 2 already floating around.
