Also, Ground Zeroes has a ton of options when it comes to HUD stuff, visual aides. you can even turn off the "reflex mode" thing (go into slow motion when spotted). I played Ground Zeroes with all the visual aid stuff turned off, reflex mode off, the HUD off, and I even turned the third person reticule off. Made shit a lot more intense and challenging in a fun way, Ground Zeroes was tough for most people from the start.
Hopefully MGS V will have the same options and the ability to turn a lot of that stuff off.
That too. But I only turned Reflex off because it kinda made things easy (you can throw an empty Ammo Magazine at someones head and stun them or the Surveillance Cameras in it.

), but not other stuff.
Really, Himu: Grab the Ground Zeroes "demo" off Steam or on your PS3 (the PS3 version isn't that bad, graphic downgrade aside, it'll be more than fine if you're pressed for cash right now. I'm thinking of picking it up to go with my Steam version because I'm a glutton for performance differences) and try it, seriously. I was in the same "meh, not Metal Gear" boat until I tried it. But I
really liked Peace Walker's build a base RPG-esque approach so it's expanding on that and allowing me to build the base my way AND have F.O.B.'s to defend if I want (it's an option, unlike D. Souls thankfully. Don't want to be attacked/invaded? Don't use the F.O.B. system)
Is the base building Suikoden-esque?
Not that I'm aware of. It's close to Peace Walkers. Get "employees"/recruits, assign them to "branches" you want to do (killing, stealth, combo, support) and then wait for them to research/etc. then select the stuff you want to build.
I've heard talk that

Solider's will get counters for your Tranqs if you Tranq everyone
which is pretty neat since that was kinda my biggest issue with Metal Gear Solid since MGS2.
