Is it considered poor form to pay delivery tips over the phone? I don't carry much of any paper money, so when I order food I just add the tip onto the order; then when the delivery guy comes I make sure to say "I added the tip" even though they always know.

Check mail, find a final EDD notice to pay for Overpayment. Where the fuck is the first notice let alone the DE 1444 allowing me to appeal it? State of California or rather the sad state of California.

All cause the company that contracted me didn't send me my final paycheck when they should have after I concluded the contract date. Instead I had to hassle them to send it to me more than a month after I was done with the job. The wages earned are from end of the contract which was before I submitted for EDD.

Therefore I shouldn't owe any penalties or overpayment from EDD right?

And this is from 2009 wtf why is it now just becoming an issue?

eh computers at the IRS are just now finding missing W2s and whatnot from 2010 returns. Anything slightly more complicated takes much longer.

Not familiar with EDD but I'm sure they probably can enforce penalties. However, you may be able to ask them nicely to waive it. They legally can't usually waive interest though.

Let me know if you need any other educated guesses for the evening.
