So I'm trying to go back to school again.  I went to put in for my associates.  I have the classes but never got it.  They tell me now that I have to have my SAT's done.  I started college classes in high school based off my TAS and TAKS scores so I never had to take it.  It's been 6 years since that shit and I'm scared I'm going to do horrible.  I take it Thursday.  Anyone have any good SAT study guides or something online?

In Highschool I read a bunch of SAT books. There was one book about this guy who had a black friend who played basketball or something. And like the guy and his friends were taking the SATS. The black friend was a genius and knew like every answer and helped them study. It turns out the black guy was an alien looking for the love of his life on Earth and flew to outer space with some girl they met that also happened to be an alien.

It was weird.

I scored a 30 on ACT, 1200 on SAT. I don't mention SAT much because that's pretty low and I have pride.

thats weird, i scored a 27 on the act, cant remember the difference between the two so im not sure what that means

and a 1200 isnt low, at all, actually its well above average, anything above a 1300 is pretty bright if i remember right

It took me about 3 tries to get that score on SAT. First time I got a 1000. The reason? Math and science portions. Second time I took it, I was almost done with a section so I continued to fill in two more answers after time was called. They ended up making my exam void. So I took it again.

Well if you're accepted in to a program based on your first run than yea it would be pretty useless to retake the test.  I took the test a second time before I had actually applied to individual programs.

When I took it in 7th grade, I received a 1260.  Don't know (or care) about the breakdown.  Never bothered taking it again because it is all about dat ACT in my area.

I got a 31 on the ACT.

The height of my standardized test-taking career was when taking the TAAS test one year. In Texas, TAAS was an annual test for grades 3 (or 4?) through 11. Most teachers didn't teach you the material in the book, they'd concentrate on stuff the TAAS was covering. Anyways, TAAS had essays. One year the subject was,"write about something that impacted your life". I wrote about a fucking video game and somehow managed to score a 4 (the highest score).

i finally definitively decided on what i want my first gun to be, gonna get a ruger p95 w/ a stainless slide, ive always had a thing for exposed steel slides on semi autos ever since i watched the first season of 24 when bauer had that sig w/ the brushed slide

anyways i asked my dad if i would still be able to live in their house if i had a pistol, he said no, looks like im going to have to hide it since im not gonna be moving out this year and i really REALLY want to get a gun this fall season
