She then asked if I went to the high school. I told her no, and she told me she's going to be a senior. I gave her this look of "why the fuck do I care?" and said "okay..." and she finished scanning my shit, and right as I was grabbing my bags she told me her hours.

They pretty much know my face at the Walgreens and the cashiers remember all kinds of coupons so when I'm up there with my shit they're like "OH WAIT I GOT THIS." Like today I had a coupon for hair dye but her coupon trumped mine so I got five bucks off something instead of just one. Cultivate those relationships with employees man it saves you money even if you're averse to just being a social human being.

People were talking about long term breastfeeding (2 years) and they started to get really heated about women that didn't do that, even though there was no one arguing that point, and then someone decided to say they didn't do that, and everyone blew up at her.

I also learned that one person I know kept breast "feeding" her kid even though she was producing no milk because she liked it.

I'm familiar with the natural birth arguments but I've never heard of breastfeeding beef. My mom breastfed my youngest brother until he was four; I only know because she tells the story to nearly every young mother she meets.
