Co-worker bungled a support request AGAIN
*me starts reading into this shit*
Client: "My contact form is getting spammed can you remove it?"
Co-worker: "How about I add an anti-spam measure instead"
*me thinks: adda boy, nice upsell there and a good solution to this client's problem, let us see where it went wrong*
Client: "HELP I'm still getting spammed. Delete my form and I'm sure I don't have to pay for the spam measure correct???!"
*me checks so called 'spam measure'*
*Sees a dumb math solving field that says: "what's 1+1?" instead of Recaptcha or any other remotely effective anti-spam measure*
