I have a friend who had never done weed so he tried one of those hemp energy drink things and didn't feel anything, he just assumed that he's one of those people who doesn't really get an effect out of it. I bought him an edible and again, for an hour, he felt nothing.

I had no experience with edibles but apparently there's a very delayed reaction. By the end of the night, he was forgetting how to make words come out of his mouth. It was a beautiful sight.

Tldr friends don't let friends do fake drugs.

2) Women who post endless memes about how they "Tell it like it is" and other Tuff Girrl stuff. They also all have kids, so you get kid related stuff too.

It's pretty hilarious, particularly point #2. I honestly don't have a single guy on my feed who posts anything other than politics. I do have some girls who don't post #2 stuff but they fit category #1 (with the addition of posting about their kids.) I don't think I have a single woman on my FB feed who isn't a mother.

I’m a comedian so my feed is all gaudy show posters, vague call out posts, and people posting Oscar acceptance speeches after every bar show.

The side bar with shortcuts to subs list etc is gone and now hidden behind a "menu" icon at the top left.

It's quite amazing how they've been consistently making random updates to make their site worse to use

I often have these dreams where I realize our apartment is much bigger than it actually is and has all these extra rooms that no one uses and I'm always going around the rooms like "what do we need all these extra rooms for, why are we paying rent for all this useless space, hmm this could be an office actually, oh maybe we should sublet this nice extra bedroom/kitchen combo I found now, oh wow a huge balcony that looks like an oasis, maybe I should hang out here more" etc.

Well last night I had that dream again but this time as I was in a fully furnished 90s style little girls room full of dolls and toys and pink stuff (after going through like three other extra rooms) I started thinking "wait, is this one of those dreams again" but then I decided "nah, this is way too realistic, of course we have all these rooms, I just forgot"

Maybe one day (night) my brain will refuse to be fooled again.
