A while ago tech companies decided to lower what 'max volume' is in order to protect you/them from being sued or something.

I'm sort of looking at ways to change my pattern of getting out of a coma every morning.

I sleep pretty easily. When I touch the bed, I sleep.
But waking up is difficult and I'm not a morning person at all.

These wake-up lights seem interesting but also quite expensive.

Yeah I got one, dont remember which model, but it actually kind of works for me during the darker days of the winter at least. I absolutely hate waking up to complete darkness outside, and this helps me with that. But I don't use it in the summer at all.

I don’t think my life is shitty. Actually, it’s probably on an upward trend lately (especially compared to my college years). Financially, mentally, and physically I’m better now than a few years ago. I think the problem is more about old friends being able to find new people to spend their lives with. A lot of the people I used to be close with have moved on while I struggle to meet new people.
