I always cringe when I read cisman or ciswoman. I like to think I am supportive when it comes to the trans community but really? I understand the need to belong and all but throwing around cis all the time always seems like a thinly veiled attempt at labeling that you'd think the trans community deals with and hates themselves.

Well I'm sure you know that in conversations involving transgendered people, tg women will often be called women and ciswomen will often be called women so sometimes the cis and trans distinction helps keep track of who you're talking about. But I don't think I've ever actually used cis in a sentence instead of just saying biological man/woman.

I mean in the case of CliffyB he's at least throwing his shitty opinions around from behind a year-old "blockbuster" shield. Jaffe doesn't have that.
