Watched the full ep, some interesting stuff about Atlantis and asteroids. Randall is onto something here, revisiting old conclusions with new evidence and data.
He thinks that many of the gradualistic events were actually catastrophic events that didn't happen in the span of 10 000's of years (as concluded in the 60's) but much shorter timespans.
For example, at times when we assumed civilizations had migrated he thinks it is more likely that they were wiped out by vulcanic events and the likes.
Randall has recommended Joe to bring on a space force guy who got canned to talk about planetary defense
