My problem with Switch friends list is that you can only add people if it's two way. If someone adds you, you don't even see the friend request. It's so dumb.

I can confirm Switch is different. Adding friend codes can be a one-way process (with the other side only needing to confirm requests.)

It's confusing as fuck and doesn't make any sense. Probably just better to think of it as a hard reboot -- pretty sure it either explicitly de-canonizes most of the Kanto character progression from Gold/Silver, or comes close to it.

It wouldn't be outside the realm of possibility for one of the million Chinese case manufacturers to see a listing for a "Nentindo Swich" on Alibaba and jump into manufacturing to beat the competition. And it would behoove a business to 1. market a product ahead of time, and 2. frame themselves as the "original leakers" of an upcoming product.

Like, the Nentindo Swich I mentioned is probably a real thing you can buy for $30. And these cases will probably fit it as designed. So both are "real products," but only in a keeping it real fake kinda way.

The opposite. I haven't joined any hate mobs but I'm extremely disappointed in the decisions being made and I won't be buying Sword or Shield.

I will be moving my Pokemon from Bank to Home, but I won't be buying another main series game until I can I port them all into said game

Did everything that there is to do in Yoku's Island Express, yet my completion is only 94%. Oh well. I enjoyed it, now on to the next one.

I got the hang of Crypt of the Necrodancer. It's pretty addictive. I want Cadence of Hyrule even more now, but I'll wait until I finish this one and a few other Switch games.

I think it was fun enough for the few hours I played but it did get samey. I might go back one day cause there really isn't much wrong with it. Its charming and fun to play.

I'd definitely get it especially considering it's been on sale a few times now. The writing and music is great, but the golf is very basic. But as Lager said it's very samey and most of the later courses rely on gimmicks to make them challenging.

No clue, the videos and reviews I've seen of it make it seem like the game is pretty well done, but they could have been playing pc/ps4 versions. The response in general has been so good that I decided I want to play it, but I can wait.

It's an indie(ish) game releasing on every major platform at once, of course its going to be a mess at launch. There's also all of the stretch goal stuff for them to do as DLC on top of making it run well on every platform. I'd be surprised if everything releases before the years end tbh. If you're up for waiting go ahead, you'll have an actual finished stable product waiting for you. I'm a KS backer and waited for this thing for ages so I'm content to stumble through the issues which honestly aren't that major on the PC version anyway.

Worth noting that the game runs on the GPD Win 2 at like 40-50 FPS normally and around 60 FPS undervolted-- at a lower resolution. I bet they could get the game to run better on the Switch if they also dropped the resolution down. Maybe just add it as "performance mode" or something.

I feel like there is room for the Switch port to look a lot better.

Imma wait because that’s where I really want to play it, these types of games are perfect for handhelds imo.

The resolution doesn’t bother me too much, but the input lag would.
