I’m amazed how much of a threat they all view Biden.

They’re just gunning at any opportunity.

Kamala’s Team...

This girl has a high chance of becoming dem front runner.

Her team is just on it. She has come out by far the strongest of the two debates. I’m utterly shocked and I don’t support her but I gotta give kudos.

I know they view him as a threat, but they’re trying to take him out at any opportunity. Which is contrary to 2016’s dem election that featured a prominent socialist. They are being cutthroat with Biden in a way I’ve not seen Dems since 08.

having watched a total of ten minutes of both press conferences (the Spanish fiesta, de Blasio talking about his black son, Tulsi murdering Tim Ryan and Harris murdering Joe Biden) I'm going to say: Warren, Harris, Booker, Gabbard and Castro come out with the biggest bumps

Biden and Sanders will drop the most, like I predicted like three weeks ago or whatever :smug

I hope Seth Moulton doesn't drop out so we can see just for how long someone's support in polls could possibly be merely a one time rounding error

If Kamala keeps this performance up through the next few debates, I think she'll go all the way. She's definitely in line with what the DNC is looking for in a candidate, though not nearly as economically progressive as I'd like in a candidate. A Trump/Harris debate would be pretty intense though.

It's gonna be her 100% barring some massive surprise.

Not just that the machine seems ready to just lock in and blast her off. Like all this is just some silly formality. I'm gonna be really really really surprised if she doesn't get it.

I think you're overestimating the effect debates have tbh. They're important but I'm not sure that important.

Harris' biggest problem is still that stupid logo, in fact that's all their biggest problems, everybody except Bernie has to come up with a new one for the next debates or they're kicked out.

Joe Sestak, the retired Navy admiral, former congressman and two-time U.S. Senate candidate from Pennsylvania who has repeatedly clashed with Democratic Party leaders, has set his sights on the White House.

Sestak, 67, declared a bid for president Sunday as he began talking to voters in the early primary state of Iowa.

Both debates were largely bad and MSNBC should be ashamed for allowing so many irrelevant candidates on the stage. If the extra candidates wanted to have a debate I'm sure CSPAN would have hosted a G-League tier debate for them. BTW the format definitely benefited Biden by surrounding him with clowns...and he still fucked it up. I sense nothing but pain and gaffes for him now. I'd expect him to stake his candidacy on winning NH and to drop out when he comes in third or fourth place.

Harris had a lot of great moments. Too bad she torpedoed herself for no reason by dapping...mandatory government gun buybacks. Why? Good luck walking that back.
 :mindblown

Pete did well IMO. Not a fan but he seemed competent on stage...a stark contrast from Biden looking old, confused, and constantly being unable to finish his sentences without slurring or making mistakes. Pass the torch, old man...

The immigration debate was a disaster IMO.

The sooner this consolidates to Biden/Warren/Harris/Pete/Beto/Sanders/Booker+1 or 2 more...the better. I have a feeling Tulsi will see a bump (unfortunately), maybe De Blasio. Everyone else gotta go. I fux with Yang...but it's time to admit it was all a joke and run for congress or something, dude.

You'll have to wait until August/September. July debates are under the same rules as the June debates.

Yup, best case scenario is two 9-person debates in July if two candidates drop. But unlikely.

Why abandon the gravy train?

Breh, they had to. It wasn't NBC's doing. There's too many elected Senators and Governors, one time DNC superdelegates, who would've been cut out for Mayor Pete, Robert Francis, Williamson and Yang. Klobuchar only recently started besting Yang in the polls, they all had to get in these debates with the broad rules that counted their THREE BEST POLLS, they weren't getting in with enough donors. Let alone the polls. Look at the fucking RCP averages from before these debates:
Quote
32.0 Biden   16.9 Sanders   12.8 Warren   7.0 Harris   6.6 Buttigieg   3.3 O'Rourke   2.3 Booker   1.3 Yang   0.9 Klobuchar   0.8 Gabbard   0.8 Castro   0.6 Ryan   0.5 Bullock   0.5 Gillibrand   0.4 Bennet   0.4 Inslee   0.4 Delaney   0.4 de Blasio   0.3 Hickenlooper   0.1 Moulton

Harris had a lot of great moments. Too bad she torpedoed herself for no reason by dapping...mandatory government gun buybacks. Why? Good luck walking that back.
She announced that like months ago. She's from California and is a prosecutor.
