Regarding Hillary, the depths of the expert GOP blogs (ala Gateway Pundit) all think Hillary's upcoming media blitz is to get her into some test polls, then float the idea to push Joe aside to reclaim her crown. So there might be some short-term action to be had there, though I don't really know much about those markets. Can I bet on the number of op-eds upcoming that suggest Hillary enter the race from long time Clinton hands? Especially any that say things like "she's got her fire back" or "she's on a mission this time: to save the country" or "is the most experienced human being that could possibly exist at this or any other point in human history" or "David Brooks: Hillary is what the Democrats need to stop the extremists from taking over their party."
