The tweet doesn't suggest she's a corporate shill. The news that Warren is open to keeping the current structure of the insurance industry is why insurance corporations reacted positively to it.

You just said it, now it's only one person (Sanders) who is advocating to change whole sale of the current model we have for health insurance. And if you think Sanders isn't getting the nomination, then there is no market uncertainty to wholesale change to the industry. You can buy stock in Health insurance companies with more confidence.

It was a less partisan time and Nixon's approval ratings had cratered. Trump's never seem to move outside a ~5 point range.

I also wonder if the more tangible aspects of the case (a literal break-in! 18 minutes of deleted audio) gave people a more obvious sense of corruption.
