TANF is the U.S. food stamp programs. Social Security is direct cash payments from the government for the Seniors and the Disabled. Again, not the same thing.

Hmm, yeah, you're right. I think I mixed up the restrictions with TANF payments with medicare eligibility.

Best I could find is that Clinton's administration did propose and got medicare payment cuts to doctors and hospitals.

Trivia: The 1997 bill's formula was too aggressive in cutting reimbursement rates for doctors (idk if this was a technocratic botch or a political miscalculation) so Congress kept passing temporary patches to keep it from going into effect until they finally scrapped it around 2015ish. Will Lincoln project republicans join the party in full or will they go back to republican party once the trump evil is defeated?

Then you've got the establishment vs the progressives.

Hegar is a bad candidate. Her ads contained zero substance and basically pandered her military background and the fact she is a mother. I voted against her knowing she'd lose the election. Her opponent had a much more robust platform and capability of beating Cornyn. Just another white woman running on the most flimsy of platforms. Look at this.

Then you've got the fact shes another fucking campaigning on gun bans in fucking Texas. Many democrats in Texas are outright dumb. Beto lost on that same issue.
