Planned and executed by Soviets? Nah.
I'm sure it had more to do with the fact that blacks of that time, especially in the south, were treated as second class citizens at best and sub-humans at worst. I don't think Rosa Parks or MLK gave two shits what the Soviets wanted. I think they were legitimately pissed off at how their brothers and sisters were treated.
