If he is still a citizen of Sweden then the laws should apply. I do not see the distinction of the method of hate speech, recorded should be valid as written.

And another thing, chances are that if he lives in EU, the hate speech laws of the country he is residing should apply.

I dunno man, it's not about purity tests at this point, dude is clearly watching Ben Shapiro in his offtime nodding along with his annual reading of "The Bell Curve" and trying to unravel the vast jewish conspiracy to control the world.

He recommended the channel because it appeals to his particular sense of humor, by particular I mean racist. I don't think that means he needs to lose his channel, but maybe YouTube needs to do better at curation and labeling so that people don't stumble on PDP for his other videos and then get confused when he accidentally lynches a black dude in 2021.
