We're not getting a statement, there are a bunch of conferences today and throughout the week Gamescom will be happening, gaming news sites and the general gaming audience will be too occupied with these, there's no point in releasing a statement when, even if they released it, would get quickly buried under new game announcements and trailers, waiting it out will workout perfectly for them.
