I’m not exactly sure what the law would get involved for. I don’t think it’s clear he did anything that’s actually illegal.
that's one thing that gets me like what has this all even been for
"he stuck his fingers inside me and led me around the house like that and didn't stop when it hurt"
ok so that's gross and weird
it's also possibly kinky depending on who you are
did she get this idea in her head to try this? did she ask him to do it and realized in practice it didn't feel as sexy subby as she thought it would?
did they have a previously established safe word and she wasn't saying it?
did he do this apropos of nothing and then the next day apologized profusely and said I don't know what came over me, it won't happen again? weird stuff happens in relationships sometimes, one party wants to try something the other isn't all that jazzed about
we'll never know now
he never got to tell his side of the story
she could have even liked it at the time and over the years convinced herself she didn't, or that it was worse than it actually was
this is private personal relationship shit between two socially maladjusted people
there are always two sides to the story
it's possible his side was actually that he was a creep and an abuser but there are so many ways stories like these can go, and there have been a ton of examples in the most recent rounds of metoo of the other party saying "I didn't see it that way" or "oh god if I'd known you were uncomfortable I would've stopped" or even "that didn't happen, flat out, here are the receipts"
