It's hard to know what to do with testing numbers it's still too early and narrow a data set. Should we consider per capita, since France, UK, Germany, Italy and Spain are within a similar ballpark in population ? Does it make sense for the US or should we consider states separately ? The US is... 5 times the population of France or Italy so it wouldn't be a surprise there's that many more positive cases if we assume the virus propagated evenly (which we don't know yet, but I guess the answer will only come many months from now...).
Obviously not good news.
