Not an expert on the subject, but either way it would mainly be a moral consideration as part of the story.
I used to be super involved with 343/Bungie and have been around both Frankie and Empress. I can’t comment on her allegations, but I can say that I always found her relationships with either studio very somewhat odd.
As someone who knows about this situation all too well, her history of forcing her way into people's lives has been a very dangerous thing. She has had an obsession with the brand going long long ways back, and that obsession caused her to do anything and everything she could to get into Bungie or anyone that was even remotely connected with them. She tried ruining someone's marriage once just to get closer to the studio/IP. As I said, while this could have been used against her by people, her own actions within all this (that is why the entire community from what I understand has discredited and exiled her on several occasions) is very worrisome.

It is pretty interesting at least that the Insomniac thread has fewer pages now for something where at least 3 employees spoke to systemic sexual harassment in the studio and the company even had to tweet a really horrible PR response.
People don't care about being right. They don't care about the truth. They don't care about investigating the truth. They want to see people punished and nothing more so they can post in a sea of comments displaying just how disgusted they are, belonging to an ether of volatility. Hell, I don't even think they care about proper punishment being handed out -- they just want to see someone with a modicum of social standing be dragged through the mud based on allegations that may or may not be true. There's nothing to "believe" here because no facts have been presented whatsoever. We haven't even heard from the other party. The only logical stance to take at this moment is one of neutrality, yet most of the comments are about how terrible and disgusting the accused is for doing what they're doing. This story hasn't even had traction for a day and yet people have already made up their minds. I don't expect many people in here exclaiming their disgust to keep up with the story, either.
