Did Bow Guy even hit the person he was targeting? The video had him fire at close-range, but given the view angle, it's hard to tell if he hit the person before the others ran in. I saw them collapse/duck(?) but not sure if it was an actual hit.

Take like two minutes to set-up, do a spiel, possibly miss (?) your target and then get the shit beaten out you, Katniss.

Apropos of the NYPD driving through that crowd of people and some other similar videos, remember there were several bills introduced in state legislatures that would have protected people who ran over protesters.

IIRC Heather Heyer getting killed pretty much put the kibosh on them.

The only reason they don't use their military hand me down vehicles more is the maintenance costs are unaffordable. Which is why we need to pass emergency legislation to ensure our local police departments are fully funded and have access to the latest crime-fighting technology as used by our forces around the world. :american

I don't know. I know it is what a lot of mayor's like Garcetti want, but who knows. The people in LA started things off today by setting some clear goals:

Vote out our current DA as she has yet to prosecute a single cop responsible for the over 600 murders perpetrated by police during her regime.

Don't allow Garcetti to pass his new budget that would increase police funding.

Both of these are things that can be accomplished without drastic measures. I don't think anyone expects them to be the entire solution, but you gotta start somewhere tangible.
