No, it's not. If left-wing politicians use language that is greatly alienating to the majority of voters, then Republicans win elections. And then they pass laws against trans people!! You're hurting your own cause. We want to protect trans rights, we want to fight against bigoted laws. Instead you all are fighting on losing ground for no reason! You keep saying that no one uses these terms and then turn around and say politicians should use them. Which one is it?

“Do we suggest we leave trans men out of legislation out when it comes to legislation on abortion rights?”
God-fucking-dammit! Is a female-to-male transgender a male or not? You tell me terminally online. You say they are man, and now here want to give them their own special category of pseudo-man who should be considered male at all times, except when they are carrying a baby?
Are they a fucking man or not? Yes? Then they get as much word on abortion rights as other men do. There you fucking go, equality.
Are they a trans-man? Fine. They can have say, but don’t bitch about being treated differently than other men when differential treatment this is EXACTLY what you are asking for.

They seem to be under the impression that legislation is written like: "women and only women should get to yeet their babies whenever they want! If you ain't a woman than fuck off!"
I remain endlessly baffled by all the self-proclaimed intelligent people online who insist that the law is written in some kind of secret elaborate code when you can look up all this stuff yourself and see that it's written in plain English albeit is presented in a form that requires some very slight background knowledge. Every law starts off with a definition of terms, nobody bans "drag" and calls it a day, instead they write a paragraph as to what "drag" in the context of the law that's about to be stated means. This is so you can't come to court and say "murder? Nobody told me what that meant! How was I suppose to know?!?" The very rare legal disputes that get through multiple layers of courts and find their way to the Supreme Court are generally about interpretations and conflicts not basic definitions. You hear about these cases because they come from a powerful political force but most of them are a form of solving something like "how can [A] when this says [C] and this says [E]?" Despite the political cases getting attention most of what the Supreme Court does is tell lower courts "okay, when it says this, assume this" or "when you come across this, check this and use that" so that the process is unified across the country.
It's a basic due process issue that the law be understandable to all but I'm not surprised that people who don't ever ever ever care about due process as long as the victims of the state have the appropriate appearance to match their personal biases don't care to find out about the law at all.
Now, speaking of due process issues...
Pleased to see a full ban on the IP, given how Rowling's bigotry is omnipresent within the writing of it.
Can we get a detailed announcement on this? It seems obvious from the one sentence that a sequel to this year’s game or Cursed Child 2 discussion would be banned but is the video talking about the neoliberal failings of the original books banned too? Should people in the Gameboy and Analogue Pocket threads remove old posts or just not post about the GBC games going forward?
Edit: Also I think this is a good move.
It should be pretty self evident that no one is expected to go back and scrub their posting history of any mention of HP....
Moving forward, a thread on how great LEGO Harry Potter on the Vita was would certainly be locked.
So what points does a subject have to meet to warrant a full ban? For example should topics around universal studios and WB be banned since both market and make money on said banned ip?
And, making it clear the ban won't apply to the anti-JK thread (or, apparently, the Cormoran Strike stuff which is... weird)
So, Rowling's bigotry is omnipresent but only in Harry Potter not her tweets or her other books or anything else WarnerBrosDiscovery is involved in.
