Nothing.  And nothing he says sounds like it is illegal.  It's common for POAs to move assets around before someone dies to lessen taxes.  The house being sold also is very common, in order to cover final expenses and hospice costs, which can be tens of thousands a month.  It sounds like the mom never had him in the will and he's salty that he's getting nothing.

I've always bitched about the ACLU, I hate when they go beyond their mission of defending civil liberties in court to social signaling for their donor base. Their social media accounts are particularly bad at this and have been ever since Trump took over the world. Thankfully the national ACLU has yet to ruin themselves beyond the social signaling unlike their state branches (which increasingly don't care about civil liberties, though they've never been as good as the national branch at this) but I'm starting to suspect they're not long for the world either as they've been under assault both internally and externally for defending free speech rights since Charlottesville.

This is one reason my Humble donations go to the EFF instead which has a broader coalition behind it and isn't reliant on donations from a demographic that is increasingly hostile to civil liberties, especially free speech.

But neither all nor half are defined, and all is potentially infinite, and half of infinite is also infinite.
