I feel you OP. My upstairs neighbors were a nightmare. As early as 7am to as late as midnight there were kids stampeding above me and dropping what sounded like bowling balls all the time. I even had a roommate move in for a few months and she basically went "Fuck this" too. I reported them several times after putting up with it for months because I just wanted my sanity back, but nothing was ever done or changed.

They just moved out because lease renewal came about and all of our rents went up. I've been so fucking relaxed after a year of that shit. I hope it all works out for you.
