it reminds me of the activision character diversity evaluation, they're like "we are ESTABLISHING an INITIATIVE to ASSERT CHANGE in our culture and design philosophy" and then you watch a discussion on it and it comes across as someone spending 5 minutes rattling off the obvious, "uh mario is italian and that's still white but a slightly less represented race, not to mention he promotes fat acceptance"
everything is spend a couple minutes in email and google and then fuck off to your phone the rest of the day, "yeah phew that was a desperate struggle"
