It's funny because one of the forum's constant complaints about Snyder/Cavill's Superman was how it "didn't get Superman" because Snyder chose to depict a Superman learning to be a hero and challenged by the contradictory influences (Jor-El, Zod, Kevin Costner, Perry White, Batman, etc.) in his life. But dust off a George Reeves era script and cast a popular Black guy and they'll be like "WOW SO UNIQUE SO CHALLENGING SO THOUGHTFUL!"
