Kenka Bancho is fun. Some of the gags are pretty funny. I beat down this one goon and he starts crying about having to leave Kyoto, and my guy is like, "peon rules, breh" SO now I own him. I like the structure where before-lunch is a story bit with your schoolmates and after-lunch is free time to kick the shit out of some banchos. Or your friends might call you up to do something. And I like all the time management to everything.
One complaint is that the save system feels so dated and makes me wish the Vita had a PSP Go style save state system. From what I can tell you can only save at the inn. Since time is a resource, you can either waste it by traveling back to save, or live out the rest of the day, which means you can't stop playing. Sometimes you have to be at certain places at certain times (you learn where other banchos appear by knocking out goons and stealing the itinerary).
