Had a great day. Got by the post office this morning to mail bills, paid rent, and bought stamps. Work went well, was complimented by my boss. Left in time to see LOOPER, which was badass. Then came home and had a Red Hoptober while playing Rock Band 3, Nier, and Hitman: Sniper Challenge.

...Going to collapse into allergy-riddled, benadryl-fueled unconsciousness in a minute though.

In other shitty family related news, my grandma died Monday morning. Me, my mom and a handful of other family members were preparing to go to Jamaica to visit her in November for her birthday. Instead the whole family is trying to go for her funeral near the end of this month. Even people who haven't seen her in over a decade. Funny how that works.

So I got my Kindle Paperwhite right? Well it has a weird dead pixel on the bottom so I ordered an RMA. They were backordered so the replacement wouldnt be here until the end of the month (i keep mind and send it back when i get the new one)

But I just got an email today saying since they were out of stock of my model (Wifi, with special ads), they upgraded my model to the 3G version. That's pretty awesome.

In spite of the problems like this, I can only use Chrome these days. Firefox has turned into bloatware junk and IE, while way ahead of the horror days of IE6, is still way behind both Chrome and Firefox.
