She's over 30 and just had a baby man. That's life. Let her live.
She'll lose the weight in time for her next movie or show. That's how things work in Hollywood.
That being said, non rich white chicks do tend to age poorly brehs. And you know I love milfs but it's true. The face starts going first. Meanwhile black don't crack until 40+ usually.
Most non-rich white chicks age poorly because they fake bake frequently, eat like shit, drink lots of alcohol, and don't get enough sleep.
As I get into my 30s, I'm watching all of those above things for myself, like making sure I get a full eight hours of sleep, little or no alcohol, and eat a pretty strict diet.
You and those girls should add moisturizer on top of that list of things to do. You will age much better.
Do you recommend a starting point? I wouldn't know where to begin.
Well i have a preference for cocoa butter lotions for obvious reasons. But I suggest going to the lotion aisle as Walmart or something and sample them. Sample feel, sample texture and thickness, sample smell. If you can't find something good, St Ive's and Cetaphil are good starting points.
A lot of people don't know the correct way to put lotion on though. After you take a shower, I suggest pat drying so you leave moisture and small beads of water on your body and skin. Then immediately apply lotion. It should be the first thing you do dryer drying off because your skin will be dry of the moisture from the shower within three minutes of showering, and putting the lotion on seals it, so your skin will stay healthy all day.
If you have problems with oily skin and zits, look into a lotion or ask an attendant for one that doesn't clog pores or something.
