It's not "rich folks" it's a nonprofit foundation that's not associated with the owners of Ford and hasn't been for years.

The "strings" you posted are the bare minimum due diligence any foundation would do to avoid fraud or running afoul of the IRS.

The organization receiving the Ford Foundation's grant, The Movement For Black Lives has a page on their site on economic justice. Read it. It's a laundry list of leftist priorities.

The only conditions or strings you have provided are bare minimum requirements primarily for tax and legal purposes and have still provided zero evidence proving some sort of co-opton or nefarious quid pro quo present in the relationship....Let alone qualifying just what these shady nefarious aims of the Ford Foundation are to begin with? I guess rich people are all evil therefore something something?

One group that has a relationship with the larger umbrella group, that took issue with Bernie Sanders' lack of outward focus on their concerns(and Clinton I might add) is not evidence of anything of the sort you have implied to this point.
