gotta say, the boxing training it amazing. but getting hit in the head.... not so good for you. i was really into it in a sort of masochistic way for a while, it was
really good at letting out frustration, and also just got me really fit fast (in three months i had visible ab definition).
i really enjoyed the sparring, and had a fight that was rad. but i then read a fair bit on how bad the actual fighting is for you.. i figured with headgear and stuff it wouldn't be so bad, but it can actually make brain injuries even worse as it causes your head to bounce even more rattling your brain around. despite that, i would rec boxing! just maybe train for one fight and do that, then bail/go back to just sparring where you avoid head shots.
