I don't know to what extent Hect is directly responsible for anything, but as an admin of a forum that requires a paid email address to sign up, he would definitely have a real name if they had signed up with a traditional name.surname@company format, and also location based on posters IP.
It is weird to be publically thanked by someone on twitter for providing information and subsequently liking that tweet if you had literally nothing to do with anything, and are against that sort of thing.
assuming its a twitter account thats actually linked to a similar username on era anyway. Because theres no necessity that they are the same person, obviously.
